POST 5 International Relations 📌 Hi you all! Today I'm going to tell you about my studies goals 🙈 Since I enter to the University I wanted to follow the path of International relations and go abroad, speally Europe (greedy) I think is a cool area to expand your horizon about what is like the diplomacy, political advice and even investigation.  As you can see, the picture over there is from the Diplomatic Academia of Chile. I want to continue my studies on that institution (or a similar one) if I had the chance, because according to what I heard for my acquaintances that place would help me a lot and could open me a tiny little door that would be really useful for us the future political scientist 😅 I hope that throughout these near future years I acquire the skills needed to qualify for institutions like that.  So that's my case. Anyhow, I know me (duh 💁) and for that I think that my preferences can change but If you ask me today this is the path that I wa...

A Photograph I like.

POST 4 The belly button of the world 🗿 Hi everyone! What can I say? Well, I'm not a photogenic person and that's because I'm shy. But despite that, I have to say that when the landscape or the situations is majestic, It deserves a photograph.   Let me tell you about this. The photograph was taken by my cousin when our family went on vacation in Rapa Nui in February 2019. It shows the Moai quarries on the Rano Raraku volcano. As you can see, that's me seeing the sea and the esplanade.  Why do I like it? Because it brings me a lot of peace and reminds of me the power of the ancestors of the Rapa Nui people.  I really wanna go back but bring my Nonna (👵) with me, so she could remember another part of Chile :)  I can only say  Mauru uru to that trip . How about you? Do you like landscapes or you prefer selfies?

My future Job

Post 3 A cool political scientist 🙈 Hi everyone! So, by the title you can guess that I'm a political science's student.  I consider myself an altruist person and I don't care much of make lots of money. So with that in mind I've been thinking on continuing my graduate studies abroad. Open my mind to different approaches and nourish me with wisdom from colleagues of the discipline.  I confess that while I'm studying this career I constantly get scared of the future, because this area isn't really known. But I'm a true dreamer and I pursue to be a member of the ONU (for example UNICEF, UN Women, etc) or in some embassy, like a political and intercultural adviser.  On other hand, if, during the course of the career, I choose to stay in Chile, I have to admit that I hace certain atracction to the research area. So with that in mind, it's plausible for me to be part of a work team in themes like culture, social movements, Political changes and the situatio...

My favorite movie

Post 2 The Seventh art: Cinema. Hello you there! Since I was a little girl I remember that my mom was always busy, but when she had time she took me to the movie theater, where I remember watching Finding Nemo and Shrek 2.  But my mom took shifts at the hospital most part of the week, so she bought me a DVD player, which made me felt  really powerful because it was wonderful haha.  I love many movies but some of them are truly kept in my heart, like Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. It narrates the third book of the saga with the same name when Harry was "pursued" by a fugitive who is envolved on the murder of his parents. It also combines  «dementors », a werewolf and my favorite spell:  The Patronus. I love this movie because it's an accurate adaptation of the book. And more important, it represents the step of growing up and facing problems on your own way. Hope you love it like I do 💗 PS. What is your Hogwarts house? I read you 👀

A country I would like to visit

POST 1     Greece, the ancient gem. I would love to go to Greece... Because it seems as such a heavenly place. My crazy head lead me to Greece since high school, when I'm watching the  Mamma Mia movie, when I'm playing Assassin's Creed Oddysey (a videogame themed in ancient Greece), and even when I'm reading my dear Percy Jackson . I've always been interested in its mythology, arquitechture, its beaches, and the athenian democracy with all the pros and cons.  At school and now at University, we had to study the politic structure of some city-states like Athens and Sparta so we can see the evolution of the political institutions. We also had to study some political ideas of government and coexistence of some philosofers. I would be fascinated if I had the chance to work there to culture myself, but no for so long time because I'd miss my home. I'm a nerdy, I know.  But tell me what do you think!
